Medium percussion – 1967

The instrument is made of a composite keyboard, also called multitone, giving a large number of sounds which fall into six tone families. 

The wiredrawn rods give low-pitched, deep and resonant sounds.  The sounds obtained by hitting the plates have a neater attack . 

According to the twisting of the rods, which modifies the vibratory mode, distinct sounds can be obtained.  The architecture of the keyboard encourages a central axis, the musical gesture using this symmetry. (dim. 150 x 150 x 100)
